At Aachho, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Approval

  Our team will review your request and photos of the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria within 24-48 hours.

• 3.
  Package Pickup

  Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for the first attempt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item.
